Before You Proceed To Spartan Wellness

Should you choose to become a client of Spartan Wellness, you will be asked to fill out a series of questionnaires during the intake process. One of the questionnaires will ask you "How did you hear about Spartan Wellness?". When asked this question, to show your support, be sure to tell them you were referred by Music Healing Veterans Canada. If you are not presented with this option, you can simply leave a brief message in any of the comment areas of the application that may apply.
